Piero Lissoni

Lissoni's design principle is never to design for

a specific function or purpose - but to design for human beings.

Italian born Piero Lissoni, who has worked with an impressive array of design brands including Boffi, Cassina, Kartell, Living Divani, and Flos, just to name a few, is a well-known designer and architect.

Piero Lissoni renovated the historic Teatro Nazionale in Milan (2009) and completed the headquarters of Living Divani in Anzano del Parco (2007), the headquarters for Glas Italia (2010) and Matteograssi (2011) near Milan and an eight-storey Benetton Store in Istanbul (2009). Lissoni's projects often consist of full-scale interiors and architecture of hotels, offices, showrooms, yachts and private homes spanning from Miami to New York and from Milan to Jerusalem. Many different elements, and also designers such as Danish Arne Jacobsen and Poul Kjærholm, inspire Mr. Lissoni’s works.
